If OSU returns it's first kick-off for an official touchdown during the Oregon vs. Oregon State game, JR Painting will fully refund 100% of its sales of all residential repaints (both interior and exterior!) contracted through August 31, 2008, in accordance with the official rules of the promotion and terms and conditions. All customers during this specific time frame will also be entered into a drawing to win several sets of tickets to OSU home football games for the 2008 season!
1. This promotion covers only the Oregon vs. Oregon State game on
November 29, 2008.
2. In the event that this game is postponed to another day, this
promotion will cover such postponed game.
3. If the touchdown is officially called back and disallowed for any
reason, it will not be covered.
4. Any touchdown covered must be in strict adherence with all NCAA
rules and regulations.
5. It is understood and agreed that in the event the opening
kick-off is called back and must be kicked a subsequent time, such
subsequent kick shall count as the opening kickoff.
6. Customers must contact JR Painting by December 31, 2008 to claim
their rebate.
